​Can I supply my own T-Shirts?
You can supply your own T-shirts!
​There is a minimum of 36 shirts per order that is required. Although we NEVER plan on making mistakes on orders. Mistakes do happen from time to time. Ezprints will not be responsible for replacing shirts provided. 

What kind of files do you need?
Preferred file types are AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, and .JPG. Design should be sized to print. 
All files must be 300 DPI or a Vector File. Any non Vector files would need to be recreated and an art charge would apply. 

Do you have a minimum order?
36 pieces is our minimum per design printed for silkscreened orders.
12 pieces is our minimum for full color DTF transfers (Heat pressed)

Can I mix and match styles and sizes?
Yes, you can. You can mix and match any styles  and sizes you like. Keep in mind the pricing will be different based on the items, but we can definitely accommodate for these orders. Additional fees may incur for various colored garments and brands throughout the order.

Do you PMS color match?
Yes! We have a PMS mixing kit that will allow us to make just about any PMS color.
There is a $35 color matching fee per PMS color.

How quick is your turnaround time?
​Typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days + shipping time.
Turnaround time is an estimate only and applies for standard jobs. Complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. Please allow an additional 3 days for all orders with any extra locations.  If you have a deadline for your order a  Rush fee may apply. All orders need to have a signed proof personally or digitally through email to get the order started. Delaying this process will only push back the completion date.
